THINGS TO REMEMBER!
|
1. Please DO NOT feed your pet before
his/her appointment.
|
2. Make certain your dog has been thoroughly walked and has gone "potty"
before bringing them in.
|
3. ALL dogs MUST
be brought on a leash. Carriers are recommended for cats.
|
4. ALL pets must have a current Rabies
tag number either on file with Pat's Pet Emporium, or on their collar.
|
5. If your pet is to be shaved or clipped very close, a release will need to be
filled out and signed for every appointment.
|
6. To best accomodate your pet's grooming needs, we recommend booking your
appointments in advance. ALL grooming
appointments must be honored.

MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY
|
It is the customers' responsibility to remember their appointments and times.
If you must miss an appointment or going to be late, please call us before your
scheduled appointment time, preferably 24 hours in advance.

If you do not call to cancel or reschedule our policy is:
|
1st time - Warning Postcard.
|
2nd time - Customer is charged the cost of the missed
appointment.
|
3rd time - Customer will be asked to pay in advance, or loss of services. We
hate to do this, so please call!
